Incident:         Structure Fire

Last night San Bernardino County Fire Department received a report of a home on fire in the 74000 block of Aladdin Dr, 29 Palms. Multiple callers stated smoke and fire showing from a home.

Fire crews quickly arrived to find heavy smoke and fire showing from a garage of a single story home. The well involved fire was also threatening an additional occupancy and living space of the home. It was quickly determined that all occupants were out of the structure. Fire crews quickly knocked the fire down and prevented extension into both an adjacent home as well as the home of origin.

The fire was brought under control within fifteen minutes and overhaul operations continued for another hour after that.

Two adults, one teenager along with their four dogs were displaced by the fire. Efforts for assistance were coordinated with the Red Cross. The fires cause remains under investigation by SBCoFD Investigators.

San Bernardino County Fire responded with two Engines, a Brush Patrol, Battalion Chief and a Fire Investigator. Combat Center Fire assisted with an Engine Company.
