On an average day, the San Bernardino County Fire Department responds to over 200 calls for service; many of these calls are preventable accidents or injuries. The goal of the Public Education section is to provide residents and businesses useful information about preventing common causes of fires, accidents and injuries as well as helping to prepare residents for disasters.
